We are happy to accept returns if you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, and there is no need to call for prior authorization on regular items. (We do not accept returns on special custom orders). To make a return click here to get a printable version of our convenient, no-call, pre-authorized return form. This form should be printed, filled out and sent with your return for faster processing. All returns must include a copy of the original invoice. All returned merchandise must be sent as it was received, in a completely unaltered state.
